CGS Group Helios QD Suppressor
The CGS Group Helios QD Suppressor is a compact, quick-attach silencer engineered specifically for 5.56mm rifles and carbines. Featuring the innovative “Varying Core Diameter” technology, the CGS Group Helios QD offers unparalleled sound reduction for its size, effectively eliminates flash signatures, and ensures consistent, minimal point of impact shift.
The design incorporates a taper interface that prevents carbon locking of the muzzle device threads. Constructed from full DMLS 718 Inconel, the CGS Group Helios QD is built for maximum strength and durability, rated for full-auto use without barrel length restrictions, and capable of handling up to 300 Norma Magnum. It includes a lifetime warranty, and its design allows for the serial ring to be removed and welded to another core if necessary.
The CGS Group Helios QD system is highly versatile, featuring a generous .36 bore that minimizes back pressure and muzzle flash while accommodating multiple calibers. It comes equipped with a 1/2×28 threaded rear cap, a 5/8×24 threaded rear cap, and an adapter ring threaded in 1.375×24 for compatibility with various industry HUB mounting solutions. Additionally, the suppressor includes interchangeable rear and front caps, with a sealed front cap for optimal sound reduction and a ported front cap to mitigate blowback for left-handed shooters or over-gassed systems.
