We were seeking some metal signs with engraved letters for our Visitor Center remodel. Levi tracked down specialized magnetic steel from his supplier, walked us through all styles of engraving and annealing for the letters, and helped us choose an annealing process to match the colors of the room. He kept in communication every step of the way, until they were hanging on the wall. The customer service was truly above and beyond, and the quality of custom work they can do is incredible!
