WHAT THE FAQ
Q: What is the turnaround time of a project?
A: The typical turnaround time is between 3 to 5 business days following the approval of the submitted work order. After we discuss the project with you, we will be able to offer a more precise timeline.
Q: Can you engrave customer provided items?
A: Generally, yes. We can engrave almost any material, but we do have size limitations. Please contact us HERE before submitting a work order, so we can address any concerns or questions.
Q: Do you offer rush orders?
A: Generally, no. A failure to plan on your part does not constitute an emergency on ours. Rush orders will only be accepted if we can still meet customer provided timelines for projects already approved. Any rush orders that are accepted will incur a Rush Order Fee, which will be assessed after evaluating all elements of the entire project.
