Magpul Industries specializes in the design and production of advanced polymer and composite accessories for firearms, including the M-LOK system. The company’s name originates from its inaugural product, the MagPul (Magazine Puller), designed to assist users in extracting STANAG magazines from pouches, a tool particularly beneficial for NATO forces. Established in 1999 by Richard M. Fitzpatrick, a former Force Recon sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps, Magpul operates through two main divisions: Magpul Industries, which focuses on manufacturing firearm accessories, and Magpul Core, launched in 2008 as Magpul Dynamics, which offers firearms training and creates instructional content.
