Allen Engineering M4 Suppressor
The Allen Engineering M4 Suppressor represents an advanced iteration of the Ops Inc. 3rd Model, featuring a 5.56 baffle stack while maintaining the direct thread design in its initial section. Its development predates the establishment of the OPS Inc. naming convention, yet it is commonly identified as a modified variant of the OPS Inc. 3rd Model, which was created based on these earlier suppressors. This suppressor has been specifically designed for direct threading onto a 14.5-inch M4 Carbine, employing a simple installation method that includes a three-piece collar that connects to the front sight block.
The M4 is notably acknowledged for its use with the Gordon Carbine. The Allen Engineering M4 received considerable acclaim when it was utilized by MSG Gary Gordon during the Battle of Mogadishu, an incident subsequently depicted in the 2001 film Black Hawk Down. The Allen Engineering M4 is the oldest design from Allen Engineering that is still in production today.
