This advanced system reduces weight while increasing versatility through the incorporation of M-LOK attachment points. The Daniel Defense DD4 MK18 RIII SBR maintains the reliable free-float barrel design, robust aircraft-grade aluminum construction, and a continuous upper rail platform with Mil-Spec 1913 rail, complemented by seven M-LOK attachment points and integrated QD swivel attachment points on both sides.

Retaining the core features of the MK18, the Daniel Defense DD4 MK18 RIII SBR includes a 10.3-inch Cold Hammer Forged barrel, ideal for close-quarters battle (CQB) operations. The rifle is equipped with an ambidextrous GRIP-N-RIP Charging Handle, catering to both left- and right-handed users. Additionally, it features the ergonomic Daniel Defense Buttstock and Pistol Grip, along with three low-profile rail ladders crafted from heat-resistant Santoprene to safeguard the support hand.
