Allen Engineering AEM3 Suppressor
The Allen Engineering AEM3 Suppressor (Ops Inc 15th model) is highly regarded by shooters globally for its remarkable combination of compactness and sound suppression. It has been commonly utilized on shorter military and SWAT rifles, both in the United States and abroad.
The Allen Engineering AEM3 extends the brake by only 3.4 inches, resulting in a total length of approximately 4.9 inches from the muzzle. While its added length is comparable to many “K” style suppressors, its performance rivals that of significantly longer models. Thanks to its shorter mounting length, it can be fitted on barrels as short as 11.5 inches with a standard low-profile gas block and 10.5 inches with specific tapered gas blocks.
Each Allen Engineering suppressor is meticulously assembled to ensure concentricity with the mount, thereby reducing any adverse effects on the projectile’s trajectory post-bore exit. The tapered mount on all Allen Engineering suppressors facilitates consistent alignment with the bore and ensures reliable return to zero after removal for transport or maintenance, while also mitigating misalignment risks from accidental drops or bumps. It is compatible with Type B Standard AE/OPS style brakes and collars.
