The Allen Engineering AEM4 5.56mm Suppressor (Ops 16th model), while lacking the renowned legacy of the AEM5, offers a more practical solution for those seeking to attach one of our suppressors to barrels that typically cannot accommodate the longer suppressor due to its reduced mounting length.

Sharing the same baffle section as the AEM5, the AEM4 provides comparable sound suppression, yet its shorter mounting length allows for compatibility with the AEM2 and AEM3 (Ops Inc 14th and 15th models, respectively). This design enables it to be mounted on barrels as short as 11.5 inches when paired with a low-profile gas block, and it is compatible with standard AE/OPS style brakes and collars.
