All sales of firearms are considered final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any firearm purchased through White Rhino Arms™.

Store Originating Firearm Transfers:

The following steps are required for any firearm transfers that originate from our store:

  1. Possess valid government issued identification.
  2. Fill out an ATF Form 4473 Firearms Transaction Record.
  3. Undergo an FBI NICS Background Check conducted by White Rhino Arms™ and obtain a “PROCEED” (individuals with a valid Wyoming Concealed Firearms Permit are exempt from this requirement).
  4. Upon the successful completion of all preceding steps, the firearm(s) will be transferred into the possession of the transferee.

Shipped To Store FFL Firearm Transfers:

30 Day Transfer Window – FFL Firearm Transfers sent to our store must be picked up within 30 days following notification from White Rhino Arms™ that the transfer is prepared. If the transferee is unable to meet this deadline, they are required to reach out to White Rhino Arms™ immediately, before the 30-day limit. If the transferee does not complete an ATF Form 4473 Firearms Transaction Record or fails to contact White Rhino Arms™ before the 30-day deadline, the firearm(s) will be considered abandoned and will then become the property of White Rhino Arms™.

The following steps are required for any firearm transfers that are shipped to our store from any other licensed FFL:

  1. The transferee will provide the shipping FFL our email address sales@whiterhinoarms.com, enabling us to provide them with a copy of our FFL by request only.
  2. The shipping FFL must include the full name and contact information of the transferee along with the shipment, and a copy of their FFL.
  3. Upon receipt, White Rhino Arms™ may require up to 2 business days to process the firearm(s) and prepare for transfer. We will notify the transferee once it is ready. DO NOT CALL INQUIRING WHEN IT WILL BE READY!!!
  4. Possess valid government issued identification.
  5. Fill out an ATF Form 4473 Firearms Transaction Record.
  6. Undergo an FBI NICS Background Check conducted by White Rhino Arms™ and obtain a “PROCEED” (individuals with a valid Wyoming Concealed Firearms Permit are exempt from this requirement).
  7. Upon the successful completion of all preceding steps, the firearm(s) will be transferred into the possession of the transferee.

White Rhino Arms™ is responsible for conducting all necessary background checks and paperwork before transferring firearms to you.

All new firearms are sold in their original manufacturer’s packaging, complete with accessories, magazine(s), and applicable warranty. For any technical inquiries or warranty concerns, please contact the firearm manufacturer directly. Firearms requiring warranty service must be returned to the factory within the timeframe specified by the manufacturer from the date of purchase.

CheckoutAll customers placing firearm(s) orders must use the receiving FFL premise address as stated on their FFL for the shipping address at checkout. All firearms(s) purchases must ship to an FFL in the customer’s state of residence.

The receiving FFL license must be emailed to sales@whiterhinoarms.com including the ORDER # in the title of the email. White Rhino Arms™ will not process any firearm orders until we receive a copy of the receiving FFL license. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY!

The receiving FFL is responsible for conducting all necessary paperwork and background checks before transferring firearms to you. White Rhino Arms™ disclaims any responsibility or liability for complications that may arise from federally mandated background checks.

Certain firearms available on our website may be subject to restrictions in your city and/or state. It is your obligation to confirm the legality of any firearms you intend to purchase before placing an order. Should you have any inquiries regarding local, state, or federal restrictions on a firearm you wish to buy, please consult your local FFL prior to ordering.

All new firearms are sold in their original manufacturer’s packaging, complete with accessories, magazine(s), and applicable warranty. Firearm orders that are cancelled prior to shipment due to the legality of owning it will incur a 20% fee that will be deducted from your refund. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Firearm orders that are returned by your FFL for any reason will incur a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping fees that will be deducted from your refund. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

White Rhino Arms™ will not ship firearms to California or any state where it is illegal to own or possess firearms. If a placed order has a shipping address that is in any of the above listed locations, the order will be cancelled, and the customer will be refunded the total purchase price minus a 10% fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

The following steps are required for any NFA Firearm transfers that originate from our store:

  1. Create an account at Silencer Shop HERE.
  2. Visit our store to complete your Silencer Shop profile on our Silencer Shop Kiosk.
  3. Purchase a tax stamp (if required) and trust options from Silencer Shop.
  4. Register for an ATF eForms account HERE. Utilize the same email and registration information linked to your Silencer Shop account. Ensure that you save your automatically generated ATF eForms User ID and four-digit PIN code as you will require them for certification.
  5. Sign the Docusign email once the Silencer Shop compliance team has verified your account.
  6. Wait for a phone call from the White Rhino Arms™ Sales Team to schedule a certification appointment. The certification appointment may be held remotely or at our store.
  7. Certify the ATF eForm 4 with the White Rhino Arms™ Sales Team with your ATF eForms User ID and four-digit PIN.
  8. Wait for approval. This can take an undetermined amount of time.
  9. Once the White Rhino Arms™ Sales Team receives the approved ATF Form 4, we will contact the transferee to visit the store for transfer. Upon arrival, you will need to follow the follow the subsequent steps.
  10. Possess valid government issued identification.
  11. Fill out an ATF Form 4473 Firearms Transaction Record.
  12. Upon the successful completion of all preceding steps, the NFA Firearm(s) will be transferred into the possession of the transferee.

Shipped To Store FFL NFA Firearm Transfers:

30 Day NFA Transfer Process Initiation Window – FFL NFA Firearm Transfers sent to our store require the transferee to initiate the NFA transfer process within 30 days following notification from White Rhino Arms™ that the NFA transfer is prepared. If the transferee is unable to meet this deadline, they are required to reach out to White Rhino Arms™ immediately, before the 30-day limit. If the transferee does not initiate the NFA transfer process or fails to contact White Rhino Arms™ before the 30-day deadline, the NFA Firearm(s) will be considered abandoned and will then become the property of White Rhino Arms™.

The following steps are required for any NFA Firearm transfers that are shipped to our store from any other licensed FFL/SOT:

  1. The transferee will provide the shipping FFL/SOT our email address sales@whiterhinoarms.com, enabling us to provide them with a copy of our FFL/SOT by request only.
  2. The shipping FFL/SOT must include the full name and contact information of the transferee along with the shipment, and a copy of their FFL/SOT with the approved ATF Form 3.

The BATFE NFA Division is responsible for conducting all necessary background checks and paperwork before White Rhino Arms™ can transfer NFA Firearms to you.

Certain NFA Firearms available in our store may be subject to restrictions in Wyoming. Any restricted NFA Firearms available in our store may only be purchased by agencies and individuals who hold the proper license(s) to do so.

All new NFA Firearms are sold in their original manufacturer’s packaging, complete with accessories, magazine(s), and applicable warranty. NFA Firearms requiring warranty service must be returned to the factory within the timeframe specified by the manufacturer from the date of purchase.

If the transferee is unable to meet this deadline, they are required to reach out to White Rhino Arms™ immediately, before the 30-day limit. If the transferee does not complete an ATF Form 4473 Firearms Transaction Record or fails to contact White Rhino Arms™ before the 30-day deadline, the NFA Firearm(s) will be considered abandoned and will then become the property of White Rhino Arms™.

If this time frame cannot be met by the transferee, they must contact White Rhino Arms™ immediately, prior to the 30 day deadline.
