AGE RESTRICTIONS
You must be age 18 or older to place an order from White Rhino Arms™. Always make sure to check local, state, and federal laws for any other regulations that may apply to you, because some products we sell require you to be age 21 or older to possess.
AMMUNITION SALES
You must be age 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and age 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped by ground methods only. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm. Check local, state, and federal laws for any other regulations that may apply to you.
White Rhino Arms™ will not ship ammunition to Alaska, California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, or any other location outside of the 48 Contiguous United States borders. If a placed order has a shipping address that is in any of the above listed locations, the order will be cancelled, and the buyer will be refunded the total purchase price minus a 10% fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

AUTHORIZED PAYMENT METHODS
Our authorized payment methods include ACH, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, MasterCard, PayPal, Sezzle, Venmo, Visa, and Zelle. We do not accept payments over the phone at any time. You must pay through a secure online QuickBooks Payments Invoice sent by email or on our website through our secure checkout system.

QuickBooks Payments Invoice – This is not an integrated payment method for website checkout orders. If you desire to pay with a QuickBooks Payments Invoice, please choose that as your payment method at checkout and place your order. Your order will then be placed ON HOLD and we will send a QuickBooks Payments Invoice to the email address provided at checkout. Once we have confirmed your payment has been received in full, your order will be processed.
Sezzle – This is a Buy Now Pay Later option available for our customers that can only be used on orders totaling over $100. We DO NOT allow the use of Sezzle with orders that include already discounted items that are part of a promotion or sale. We also DO NOT allow the use of Sezzle in conjunction with discount codes. If a discount code is used with a Sezzle order or the Sezzle order contains products that are part of a promotion or sale, the order will be cancelled immediately, and the payment transaction will be voided!
Zelle – This is not an integrated payment method for website checkout orders. If you desire to pay with Zelle, please choose that as your payment method at checkout and place your order. Your order will then be placed ON HOLD until we confirm your payment has been received in full. Once confirmed, your order will be processed. Please click here for our Zelle payment information.
BACKORDERS & PRE-ORDERS
We do not accept backorders or pre-orders for any products under any circumstances.
BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS MATCH
All orders placed on our website must have a matching billing address and shipping address. The only exception to this policy is for transferable items that must be shipped and transferred to a valid FFL.
If the provided billing address and shipping address do not match, your order will be cancelled, and the payment transaction will be voided. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
CANCELLATIONS
White Rhino Arms™ will only honor cancellations if the order has not processed for shipment. This does not always mean prior to a tracking number being issued. Many items come from one of our many distributor warehouses which utilize automated order processing. Once that process has been initiated, the order is processed for shipment and can’t be cancelled.
If an order cancellation is approved, the customer will be refunded the total purchase price minus a 10% fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
CONSUMER DATA PRIVACY
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it!
The customer billing, contact, and shipping information used in our checkout process are required to process your order and deliver the product to you. We store some information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unsolicited information. The entire checkout process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection.
The customer billing information is sent directly to our payment gateway using a secure SSL-encrypted connection who then processes your payment transaction. Each transaction has a very high level of security. They’re not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction, nor are they stored on our server.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
All customer accounts will be verified before approval. All customer accounts will be deactivated and deleted from our system if no activity has been logged for a 6-month period.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
If you encounter any problems with your order, the checkout process, or have general questions, simply contact our customer service staff through our Contact page.
If you contact us through email or phone, and are disrespectful or rude, you will not receive a response. If you’re disrespectful or rude during a conversation, we will end the conversation and you will not receive any future communication from us. In addition, you will be blocked from all forms of communication from us.
DISCOUNT CODES / PROMOTIONS / SALES
Discount codes, promotions, and sales are only good for the period they’re offered. We do not honor retroactive sales from promotions that have expired. If you purchase an item outside of the offered period, we will not honor the sale prices retroactively. In addition, discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with Sezzle, marked down products, other discount codes, product launches, promotions, or sales unless explicitly stated by White Rhino Arms™.
E-COMMERCE ONLY / NO STOREFRONT
White Rhino Arms™ is an e-commerce only business that sells most of our inventory from one of our many stocked distributor warehouses located throughout the United States. We do not have a storefront and we do not sell anything face to face. We do not provide face to face transfer services for transferable items. If you have a transferable item sent to us, we will not accept the item and it will be returned to sender.
FFL TRANSFERS
CHECKOUT – All customers placing firearm(s) orders must use the receiving FFL premise address as stated on their FFL for the shipping address at checkout. All firearms(s) purchases must ship to an FFL in the customer’s state of residence. We DO NOT provide face to face transfers, and we DO NOT accept incoming transfers for customers under any circumstances. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY!
TITLE I FIREARMS – For orders containing Title I firearms, the receiving FFL license must be emailed to sales@whiterhinoarms.com including the ORDER # in the title of the email. White Rhino Arms™ will not process any Title I firearm orders until we receive a copy of the receiving FFL license. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY!
TITLE II FIREARMS – For orders containing Title II firearms, the receiving FFL and SOT licenses must be emailed to sales@whiterhinoarms.com including the ORDER # in the title of the email. White Rhino Arms™ will not process any Title II firearm orders until we receive a copy of the receiving FFL and SOT licenses. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY!

FIREARM SALES & TRANSFERS
All firearm sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be processed for any firearm ordered through White Rhino Arms™.
White Rhino Arms™ does not ship firearms directly to the end-user once the purchase is completed. All transfers of firearms must go through a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. If you do not possess an FFL, you must plan with an FFL in your state of residence to receive and transfer the firearm to you. All firearms will be shipped to the FFL shipping address provided by the customer during the checkout process upon verification by White Rhino Arms™.
All required paperwork and background checks must be conducted by the customer’s receiving FFL before transferring firearms to you. White Rhino Arms™ does not take any responsibility or liability for any complications arising from the Federally mandated background checks.
Some of the firearms for sale on our website may be restricted in the city and/or state in which you reside. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of any firearms being purchased, prior to placement of the order. If you have any questions with respect to local, state, or federal restrictions of a firearm you wish to purchase, please inquire with your local FFL prior to placing an order.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer’s box with magazine(s), accessories, and applicable warranty. The firearm manufacturer should be contacted directly regarding any technical questions or warranty issues. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within the period specified by the manufacturer from the date of purchase.
Firearm orders that are cancelled prior to shipment due to the legality of owning it will incur a 20% fee that will be deducted from your refund. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Firearm orders that are returned by your FFL for any reason will incur a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping fees that will be deducted from your refund. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
White Rhino Arms™ will not ship firearms to California. If a placed order has a shipping address that is in any of the above listed locations, the order will be cancelled, and the customer will be refunded the total purchase price minus a 10% fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

FRAUDULENT PURCHASES
White Rhino Arms™ does not accept purchases from any customer or entity that we believe could be fraudulent. This includes but is not limited to lasers, night vision, optics, and thermals. We contact all customers immediately after we receive an order that could possibly be fraudulent to ensure the customer is the actual purchaser for the order. We require communication before 6:30PM MT on the date of purchase or the next calendar day if the purchase was made after the cutoff time.
If we’re unable to get in contact with the customer before 6:30PM MT on the date of purchase or the next calendar day if the purchase was made after the cutoff time, the order will be cancelled, and the payment transaction will be VOIDED. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
GARAGE SALE
All products listed under our Garage Sale are either factory new in original packaging, factory new with no original packaging, or used. Most of the products we list under our Garage Sale were used for marketing purposes and were either never physically used or lightly used.
We DO NOT accept returns or provide refunds on any products purchased under our Garage Sale. All Garage Sale purchases are final.
LAYAWAY
White Rhino Arms™ does not currently offer any layaway plans. We do have a Buy Now Pay Later option available for our customers with Sezzle.
LEGALITY
You agree that any products purchased from White Rhino Arms™ will be used for lawful purposes only, and that you’re aware of all local, state, and federal laws and regulations concerning the product(s) that you are purchasing, and by purchasing and possessing those items, you will abide by all those laws and regulations.
You agree that any assembly, manufacturing, or modification of any kind, conducted on firearms or any other product of any kind, using accessories, components, parts, or any other product purchased from White Rhino Arms™, will be conducted within legal and regulatory parameters as established by local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Additionally, you confirm that by assembling, manufacturing, or modifying any product purchased from White Rhino Arms™ or any other product using products purchased from White Rhino Arms™, you will abide by all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. You agree that you will abide by all Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (BATFE), Gun Control Act (GCA), and National Firearms Act (NFA) laws and regulations. Please check with your local authorities and/or with BATFE before doing any builds or modifications. Special local, state, and federal licensing, permission, and/or registration may be required for some builds and modifications prior, during, and/or after you commence such activities.
You agree not to hold White Rhino Arms™ liable for any legal consequences resulting from deliberate disregard or ignorance for those local, state, and federal regulations and laws. White Rhino Arms™ will take all reasonable measures to inform the customer about the legalities concerning each product and not sell and/or ship items where prohibited. However, you agree that the final burden falls with you, the customer.
LIABILITY
White Rhino Arms™ does not assume any liability for any harm caused by the improper use or misuse of products purchased from White Rhino Arms™. You agree not to hold White Rhino Arms™ liable for any such harms caused by the improper use, installation, maintenance, or modification performed by you or by any other entity. White Rhino Arms™ recommends consulting with a professional gunsmith before performing any installation, maintenance, or modification to any products purchased from White Rhino Arms™.
MAGAZINE RESTRICTIONS
White Rhino Arms™ will not ship restricted magazines to any location that has restrictions in place. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of any magazine being ordered, prior to the placement of that order. If you have any questions with respect to local or state restrictions of a magazine you wish to purchase, please inquire with your local FFL prior to placing an order. For your convenience, below is a list of locations that have magazine restrictions. Use this as a reference only as local and state laws change frequently because of communist politicians that hate freedom.

NFA SALES & TRANSFERS
ALL CUSTOMERS PLACING NFA ORDERS MUST USE THE RECEIVING FFL/SOT PREMISE ADDRESS AS STATED ON THEIR FFL/SOT FOR THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
All NFA item purchases will be transferred to a valid FFL/SOT. There are no exceptions to this. It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure the FFL/SOT has a valid ATF eForms account that we can file an eForm 3 with the ATF and transfer the item to them. Once the eForm 3 has been submitted by White Rhino Arms™, it can take an undetermined amount of time for approval. Once approved, the item will be shipped to the receiving FFL/SOT and the customer will be provided tracking information just like every other order.
White Rhino Arms™ will not ship or transfer NFA items to California or any state where it is illegal to own or possess NFA items. If a placed order has a shipping address that is in any of the above listed locations, the order will be cancelled, and the customer will be refunded the total purchase price minus a 10% fee. ONLINE DESCRIPTION & PRICING ERRORS
Our online inventory changes multiple times per hour. Occasionally, an item may appear on our website by mistake, the item’s description may contain a typographical error, or the pricing may be incorrect. We do not guarantee that our online inventory descriptions, pictures, prices, or titles are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including, but not limited to, orders for items with errors in the description or price. If we cancel an order, we will refund any paid money to the customer.
If a product description contains an error such as an incorrect accessory, description, photo, or price and a customer places the order and we’re aware of the error, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund any paid money to the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that White Rhino Arms™ will be the final arbiter of discrepancies within our online catalog.
ORDER FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING
White Rhino Arms™ is working as quickly as possible to fulfill your orders.
All orders are shipped from our in-store inventory or warehouse using FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for all items that are shipped. Orders can take up to 10 business days or more to ship after an order has been placed due to certain manufacturers restricting their products from being drop shipped. We will not answer any inquiries about the shipping status of an order unless it has been more than 10 business days after the order was placed.
White Rhino Arms™ provides FREE SHIPPING on any shopping cart total of $300 or more after any applicable discount codes have been applied to shipping addresses within the 48 Contiguous United States.
Alaska and Hawaii shipping addresses have a Flat Rate Shipping charge of $39.99 per order regardless of the total cost, size, or weight.
White Rhino Arms™ does not guarantee shipping transit times. Once the order leaves our possession, the responsibility resides with the shipping provider. RETURNS
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS!!! ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!
Exceptions to this policy are if you received the wrong product that is different from the purchased SKU. If you received the wrong product that is different from the purchased SKU, you will have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to contact us with all pertinent details.
If a return is approved, the product must be factory new in original packaging with all accessories included. If the product does not meet this policy, we will not accept it for a return.
