L3Harris NGAL
The L3Harris NGAL Next Generation Aiming Laser is a robust, ultra-compact, and lightweight system engineered for compatibility with all generations of night vision devices. It features an advanced illuminator design that produces a more uniform Near Infrared beam, enhancing situational awareness.
The L3Harris NGAL high-efficiency electronics contribute to improved performance while minimizing size, weight, and power consumption. Chosen as the USSOCOM WPNAC (Weapon Accessories) Miniaturized Aiming System, Laser (MAS-L), the L3Harris NGAL serves as the Squad Aiming Laser (SAL), intended to replace the MDNS (Miniature Day Night Sight) ATPIAL in USSOCOM applications, and is designated as the NGAL.

We used to use ATPIAL lasers for our department, but they became outdated and really needed to be replaced. So we got a handful of NGALs and they have been great! They’re lightweight, compact, and very durable. I think it was a great choice to acquire these and I am sure we will have them for a while. I recommend them to any department looking for high power laser and illuminator solutions.
