The CGS Group Helios QD Ti 5.56mm Suppressor is a compact, quick-attach silencer engineered for 5.56mm rifles and carbines. Featuring the innovative “Varying Core Diameter” technology, this suppressor offers unparalleled sound reduction for its size, effectively eliminates flash signatures, and ensures consistent point of impact with minimal shift. The design incorporates a taper interface to prevent carbon locking of the muzzle device threads. Constructed from DMLS Grade V Titanium, the Helios QD Ti is both lightweight and exceptionally durable. Its versatile design includes a generous .36 bore that minimizes back pressure and muzzle flash, making it compatible with various calibers.

The suppressor is equipped with interchangeable rear caps, including 1/2×28 and 5/8×24 options, along with an adapter ring for diverse QD mounting solutions. Additionally, it comes with both a sealed front cap for optimal sound reduction and a ported front cap to mitigate blowback for left-handed shooters or over-gassed systems. All components are made from Grade V Titanium, and the suppressor is rated for full-auto use with a minimum barrel length of 10 inches for 5.56mm, accommodating larger calibers up to 300 Norma Magnum. The Helios QD Ti is backed by a lifetime warranty and features a PVD Black DLC exterior coating, with internal surfaces treated with SX Line or Hexagonal Boron Nitride.
