Featuring a bright and clear 2 MOA dot, the Aimpoint Duty RDS Red Dot Sight 2.0 MOA is well-suited for short to medium-range target acquisition. The newly designed windage and elevation adjustments are flush-mounted and waterproof, removing the necessity for protective caps. The turrets emit audible clicks during zeroing, while the dot brightness intensity is controlled via a user-friendly digital keypad, easily operable even with gloves.

Constructed from pressure-forged aluminum alloy, the housing is built to withstand extreme conditions and temperature fluctuations. The Aimpoint Duty RDS Red Dot Sight 2.0 MOA is both vibration and shock resistant, with a submersible capability of up to 80 feet. Powered by a single CR2032 battery, the ACET technology ensures over three years of continuous use at daylight position 7, with even longer durations on night vision settings. Additionally, the Duty RDS includes a one-piece torsion nut mount and features flip-up lens covers, with a solid front and transparent rear, making it fully compatible with all generations of night vision devices.

Aimpoint red dot sights are designed to be operationally parallax-free, ensuring that the visible dot aligns with the bore of the weapon regardless of the viewer’s eye position relative to the sight. This feature eliminates the need for the user to center the dot within the sight. With an accurate zero, if the dot is aimed at the target, the shooter is also on target.
